Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery of the order to the shipping carrier.
Packages marked as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled.
5. Returns and Refunds
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and processed.
If a product arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery at support@etrnlprznse.com, including order details and supporting photos.
Approved claims may result in replacement at our discretion. Refunds are only issued where required by law or approved at our discretion.
