Refund policy

All products sold by ETRNL PRZNSE are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or store credit once an order has been placed and processed.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all order details are accurate prior to purchase. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses or order details provided at checkout.

Some items are fulfilled through third-party production partners. Production and shipping timelines are estimates only and may be affected by external factors beyond our control. Order processing times may vary depending on product and fulfillment partner.

Damaged or Defective Items

If a product arrives damaged or defective, customers must contact support@etrnlprznse.com within 5 days of delivery with order details and supporting photos.

Approved cases may qualify for replacement at our discretion. Refunds are only issued where required by law or approved at our discretion.

Normal variations in color, sizing, printing alignment, fabric texture, or minor cosmetic inconsistencies do not constitute defects.

Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

All orders are considered delivered once handed to the shipping carrier.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

ETRNL PRZNSE is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages marked as delivered
  • Stolen packages after delivery
  • Carrier delays
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Packages returned due to address issues

Packages marked as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled as confirmed by tracking.

Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly for delivery disputes.

Sale Items & Limited Drops

All sale items, promotional items, limited releases, and discounted products are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Chargebacks & Disputes

We actively monitor fraudulent activity.

By placing an order, you agree that:

  • Filing a chargeback without first contacting us to attempt resolution may be considered misuse
  • We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks and provide supporting documentation to payment processors
  • We may refuse future service to customers who initiate abusive or fraudulent disputes

ETRNL PRZNSE currently sells and ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping.
